My goal as your doula is to help you and your partner find your own birth path. Each path is amazingly special. Hypnobirthing® is a rewarding, relaxing, stress-free method of birthing. HypnoBirthing classes provide a safe, supportive environment for women to learn how to work with their bodies for easier, more comfortable birthing, and eliminate the fear that interferes with the natural birthing process. Breathing techniques, positive visualisation, birth plan/preferences and deep relaxation are all covered in-depth, as well as techniques to enhance the body's own natural painkillers - endorphins (many times stronger than morphine). First time mums and mums planning VBAC find HypnoBirthing particularly helpful. Helen is a qualified Doula and HypnoBirthing Practitioner. There are four sessions of 3 hours each - weekly classes in West End with a maximum of 5 couples per class, or alternatively private home visits are available by arrangement. HypnoBirthing Doula Birth Support is also available. .
